My commissions are for personal use only. If you want to commission me for commercial use, please contact me via email.

I will need visual references of your character/s to work on a commission. The reference doesn't need to be fancy, just something I can work with. Word descriptions alone are not enough.

I might be open to do custom character designs, but the prices would be different. If you are interested in getting one please message me and we might be able to figure something out.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

By commissioning me, the client is purchasing my labor only. I retain all the rights to the art I make as the creator.

I reserve the right to upload commissioned pieces on social media to use them as samples and advertisements. Please notify me in case you don't want your commissioned piece to be uploaded.

My art can not be used to partake in anything related to crypto art/NFTs.

Payment will be done in two parts. I require 50% of the payment in advance once I accept the commission and the remaining 50% once the client approves of the draft. The client will recieve the full-resolution file of the finished piece only after the full payment is done.

Payment will be done through Paypal Invoice. I will send you the first invoice once we agree on the price and I accept your commission, and the second invoice once you approve of the draft.

I only accept payment in euro.

The client can request 2 major revisions to be made to the piece. Any extra revisions will cost an extra fee. Small edits like changing the shade or color of skin are fine and don't count as major revisions.

Major revisions are not possible to steps the client has already approved of. For example, I can't change the characters pose when the client has already approved of the lineart, since this would require me to start all over again.

Working on a commission will take me around 10 to 15 days, sometimes longer, depending on the complexity of the piece. I will try my best to inform the client as soon as possible if something comes up to delay the process.

A rush fee applies if the client wishes to receive the piece by a certain date. The price of the fee will be determined by how much faster I will need work in order to meet the deadline. Please let me know if you need the piece by a certain date before paying the invoice.

Rush fee might not always be available.

Both the artist and the client reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.

Refund is only possible if the client has already paid the first invoice and I have not send the draft yet. Once the client approves of the draft and completes the payment with the second invoice, refund is no longer possible, unless I am the one canceling the commission. In that case, the client will recieve a refund based on the progress of the piece.
